9:17 "And the War with Russia broke out in February 2014."
That is how corrupt Jeffrey Sachs describes Putin's unprovoked attack against Ukraine. Blames the US, supports Putin.

It looks like Jeffrey Sachs is corrupted by Putin.
In this whole interview Jeffrey Sachs never mentioned that Putin is waging an aggressive war against Ukraine.
But Jeffrey Sachs only protects Putin. It is a clear sign that Jeffrey Sachs is heavily biased toward protecting Putin and letting Putin to keep occupied Ukrainian territories.

vororterocker It does not make sense for the US to blow up this gas pipeline, because Europe was reducing gas purchases anyway.
On another hand, Putin is well-known for his lies (one of many examples is the claim that Crimea in February 2014 is not be occupied by Russian military).
Most likely reason for Putin to blow up this pipeline -- is to stop sending gas to Europe, but avoid paying penalties for violating the terms of gas shipment contract.
